California Teachers Association – 150 Years
For their 150th anniversary, the California Teachers Association wanted to commemorate past landmark achievements of education in California. It included an 1860s period recreation scene with the student and textbook, with set construction, props and costumes, as well as shot a contemporary scene with a teacher and students for the close. The textbook and iPad images were both composited in post. In addition to coordinating the shoot & crew through a production company in California, I worked on the archival image research & acquisition for the textbook, supervised the post-production and directed the voiceover.
This spot won two Bronze Telly awards for Art Direction and Corporate/Institutional Image.
