In 2010, I had the pleasure of working with Lindsey O’Neill on one of the most complex projects of my nineteen-year career – the It’s Easy video series for the U.S. Census Bureau. Each video in the sixty-one part series was produced in a different language ranging from English to Mandarin to Dinka. The timeframe for turning around the series was extremely tight, only two and a half months, and the fact that many of the translators and interpreters were volunteers and not paid added an extra level of complication to the project.

Throughout the production process, I felt like I could depend on Lindsey to manage the post team in an efficient manner. In addition, she addressed issues as soon as they were identified and offered solutions to quickly resolve them. Her vast production knowledge, strong work ethic, grace under extreme pressure and sense of humor made her a valuable member of my production team that year and I am certain that she would be an asset to any production team that she joined in the future.
